About Manuel Arias

Manuel is a seasoned HR professional with more than 20 years of experience. He is passionate about technology and its impact on the workplace, the future of work and organizations. He has previously worked for world-class multinational companies such as HSBC, Mercer, Apache Corporation, and Salesforce leading projects and teams globally and in Latin America. He studied Political Science at the University of Buenos Aires. He also has a master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the Warwick Business School, United Kingdom. He was a recipient of the British Chevening Scholarship granted by the Foreign Commonwealth Office (UK). He was also an International Visitor Program Delegate. He took part in a program for young leaders organized by the Fundación Universitaria del Río de la Plata, the United State Information Agency, and the University of Texas at Austin.
