Through the years, I have gained experience in the design and execution of learning and leadership development programs, as well as in the management of multistakeholder collaborations.I enjoy designing and implementing innovative programs to bring resources closer to individuals and multicultural teams to better collaborate and create while overcoming challenges that arise when disrupting the status quo.Also, I am a Master in reiki practitioner and energy channeler, I connect with these healing energies and place them lovingly in individuals' systems through my hands. I help individuals activate key parts of their essence that are craving to be expressed. Additionally, I perceive energy and translate it into information to make sense of what individuals are feeling and sensing at a deeper level.Finally, I am an experimental artist, meaning I enjoy trying different forms of artistic expression for my own personal development and to spark the programs I design. Currently, I am immersed in improv theater, show choir, and biodanza to channel the free artist within me.
