WHAT I DO: I have started a program for entrepreneurs that are suffering from self inflicted sabotage to put an end to the cycle of never achieving the success they desire, and to balance their work, home and personal life. Entrepreneurs can hit a wall as they grow and the skill set that leads to their current level of success needs to be upgraded to continue to grow.HOW I DO IT: I integrate a thorough evaluation that includes an exploration and treatment of biological roadblocks to success including ADHD, depression, anxiety and addictions. I am able to discover entrenched patterns of thoughts that are interfering with success - and even causing pain and suffering. These patterns are identified and we work on replacing the limiting beliefs with powerful frameworks that lead to paradigm shifts. This immediately expands the number of choices an individual has available to them to attack problems that have previously confounded them. We create an individualized program that is designed to focus on growing areas of strength. There is ongoing feedback and course corrections to guide an individual to the successful pursuit of the worthwhile life and work goals.MY BACKGROUND: I have been working as a psychiatrist for over 20 years, the last 15 years in my private practice in general psychiatry. I have experience working in the addictions field as the medical director of a community outpatient chemical dependency treatment service. I also worked in the past as the medical director of an inpatient mental health unit for a community hospital.
