I am a nonprofit leader and social entrepreneur with over 2 decades of experience in creating and supporting programs that provide education, mentoring, and artistic expression to underserved and at-risk youth around the world. As the founder and president of In A Perfect World Foundation, I lead a team of passionate and dedicated professionals who share my mission of inspiring and enabling young people to become positive agents of change in their communities and beyond.Some of my achievements include creating and implementing innovative youth leadership programs, developing youth-led philanthropic campaigns, and building an army of young leaders ready to change the world. I have also established and maintained strong partnerships with other organizations that share our vision and values. Additionally, I serve as an advisor and board member for other nonprofits that focus on business equity, social justice, and environmental sustainability, such as Kiss the Ground. I am honored to have received multiple awards and recognitions for my work, such as the Fearless Women Award, the Muhammad Ali Voice of Humanity, and the United Communities Against Poverty Award.
