In my now 13 years old career, I've been playing with digital education design, cultural transformation, leadership, business strategy and consultancy, academic research, teaching, coaching, writing; My work is driven by a desire to create meaningful change. I am particularly passionate about making education accessible to everyone, promoting a truly inclusive pedagogy and driving innovation forward. I believe my background in philosophy is a fundamental ingredient of my innovation drive, because it taught me how to challenge the inertia of the obvious, what one of my philosophy heroes, Hannah Arendt, called "thoughtlessness". Philosophical thinking fosters systemic innovation skills, training our brains to think on a meta level, challenging the structures we live in and helping us creatively navigating problem-solving, beside promoting a culture of understanding and inclusivity.
