I accompany people, teams and organizations in Interpersonal Development for Relational Maturity.Interpersonal development is a new paradigm that transcends self-knowledge in pursuit of mutual knowledge. Cultivating competencies and skills that allow people to act and collaborate competently in changing and complex environments.An organization is a community when it builds a common sense; the performance and retention of talent depends on fertile work environments that allow the professional and personal development of its members.Currently I synthesize a diverse personal and professional journey, I combine mediation tools, collaborative negotiation, language ontology, NLP, NVC, helping people and organizations in roles such as speaker, trainer, coach, mediator, and facilitator, always with the objective of training of social/soft competencies and qualities (aligned with the IDGs framework to achieve the SDGs).I graduated from the University of Law of Buenos Aires Argentina, where I participated “ad honorem” since 2002 in research and teaching of Legal Theory, Civil Law and Alternative Methods of Conflict Resolution and in the Permanent Research Seminar Remo F Entelman "Conflict theory: from the object to the system", at the Ambrosio Gioja Institute for Legal and Social Research.
