Achievements: Within my first 8 months of employment, I had secured 10 new clients for the branch, 3 of which were significant financial customers; Selago Industries (East London), Wirquin Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd (Somerset East), Eberspacher South Africa (Port Elizabeth). I also introduced a cost-saving process in the form of a ‘first in, first out’ system that ensured old stock moved first. This prevented damage to or loss of stock, which, if left unnoticed/unchecked, resulted in it being written off or depreciating in its selling price.  I managed to negotiate a monthly fixed cost with our supplier, of the chrome and nickel surcharges, which ordinarily fluctuates daily.
