Clinical Research Center (CRC)Istitute of Hematology "L. e A. Seragnoli"- Assisting in study enrollment by recruiting, screening, and orienting volunteers according to the study protocol;- Planning and coordinating of screening procedures, patient randomization, therapy visits, EOT visits in collaboration with PI/SI/Clinical Study Staff; - Participation to PSV, SIV, SMV, COV;- Supporting CRA during Site Monitoring Visit and coordinating with study monitor on study issue;- Site preparation for a Sponsor system audit conducted on an ongoing trial;- Preparing of CQC visit and performing with a senior CRO assessor on site;- Using of Case Report Forms (CRFs)/Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and IWRS systems;- Data entry, data quality checking, and query resolution to ensure adherence to study protocol and quality control for content accuracy and completenes;- Scheduling of patient visits in according to protocol (lab kit setting, biological sample processing, samples centralization to labs);- ICF verification and archiving;- SAE reporting and notification to the sponsor;- Center facilities management (instrumentation and area certificates, temperature monitoring);- IMP management, accountability and correcting storage in according to site Standard Operating Procedures;- ISF administration and updating;- Ongoing contacting with study monitor for conducting study as per protocol.
