Served as an advocate for the YMCA’s 2020 Vision and Mission by engaging with the Bay Area’s philanthropic and government leaders, attending network events and community meetings, and volunteering as much as possible in direct services to youth and families;2.) Supervised Y of SF Grants Director and worked directly with multiple Development Directors and Associates (13 total) to secure over $2 million annually in grants and foundations for YMCA programming in San Francisco, Marin, and San Mateo Counties;3.) Secured close to $1 million in YMCA Capital Campaign donations to support renovations at the Stonestown Y gym facility, Point Bonita Y outdoor campus, and Mission Y preschool; 4.) Implemented the YMCA’s Corporate Engagement and Social Responsibility strategies throughout San Francisco recruiting volunteer teams from local businesses like Salesforce.org, Google.org, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, First Republic Bank, and many others;5.) Partnered with the Bank of America Foundation to replicate the "Student Leaders" summer program at the Y of SF, providing high school students with paid summer internships and tools to help tomorrow’s leaders succeed;6.) Managed operations of the YMCA’s Institutional Giving Development Department including coaching, annual budgeting, monthly finance reporting, and presentations to YMCA Board of Directors Executive and Financial Development Committees.

Worked with national and local YMCA branches to develop, refine, and sustain social services for youth, families, and communities.3.) Planned Urban Services YMCA's 20 Year Gala which raised close to $800k for the Y of SF's Endowment Fund. 4.) Led Urban Services YMCA’s annual fundraising efforts by soliciting major donors, maintaining relationships, and motivating staff and volunteers. Averaged $160,000 in unrestricted dollars raised each year.5.) Led the Y of SF's Global Center of Excellence Initiative in collaboration with Y of USA by chairing the Y's Diversity, Inclusion, and Global Operational Change Team. Developed the Y of SF's Latino Employee Resource Group and the Bridging the Gap Mentoring Program to help underrepresented, part-time Y staff move into full-time leadership positions.
