Partnered with the Bank of America Foundation to replicate the "Student Leaders" summer program at the Y of SF, providing high school students with paid summer internships and tools to help tomorrow’s leaders succeed;6.) Managed operations of the YMCA’s Institutional Giving Development Department including coaching, annual budgeting, monthly finance reporting, and presentations to YMCA Board of Directors Executive and Financial Development Committees.
