I am an experienced SQL developer. I have worked with relational databases since 1990, with Oracle and SQL Server. My main skills with this technology are the development of stored procedures and functions for the implementation of complex processes and reports. I also have experience fine-tuning queries and transactions, as well as migrating stored procedures and functions from SQL Server to Oracle. I am currently working on a project with Postgresql for which I have not needed formal training. I think that given the wide variety of technologies and tools available today, it is impossible to know everything in advance. The important thing is to have the ability to learn, for which it is important to have the criteria to select the best resources for learning and experience to properly interpret new knowledge. I consider myself to possess these skills. On the other hand, I have remarkable skills in composing texts, and I am fascinated not only by that complex human ability but how it has been transferred to machines. I am a very curious person; I pay attention to detail and try to make sure that what I do is well done and well presented.
