• Monthly outlook review for LATAM Regional Hub in US, to provide detailed financial information about ongoing expenses open up by LOB giving insights related to salaries, fixed price contractors, telecommunications, overhead and any one timer. For this to be done: I extract from several sources the data, then I clean up and cross with our own databases to end up with our managements reports.  Work closely with all involved parties to ensure timely accurate close process; • Vendor Management contracts administration. I’m responsible to handle the contract process for all fixed price contracts covering all steps of the process from initial manager request, creation of contract, legal approval, vendor sign off and Citi representatives' sign off.For this to be done:  I developed a database where I record and follow up each step of the process ensuring accuracy, solvency and compliance.

• Development of Business Intelligence solutions for the Finance Department and consulting support for different business areas such as CIB and retail banking providing solutions like: Budgetary data management and consolidation: we provide solutions for creation, change and maintenance of the bank’s budget using SQL Server as back-end but with the ease of use of Excel as front-end. Creation of a consolidated report system with the monthly close of Balance sheets and Income Statements for all the business units achieving consistency and advisability. Re-design of the cost allocation process: We provide flexibility to create, modify and delete the criteria for allocating expenses for the business managers so they can review and discuss the definitions for this. • Lead the generation of monthly/daily reports developing automation based on SQL Server improving delivery time and data accuracy.

• Monthly review of actual/budget results for several business units checking unusual variances, proposing actions and analyzing trends to give aid for the managers.• Analysis and follow ups of daily activity of products such as consumer loans, credit cards, mortgage etc. related to sales and spreads.• Ad-Hoc and on-demand reporting for the different requirements of the areas.
