• Conducted a study titled “Assessing the Resilience to Economic Shocks of the Households in Bistekville II”, which zeroed in on the long-term capacity of socialized housing beneficiaries to pay monthly amortizations by exploring their coping and adaptive strategies to idiosyncratic economic shocks• Developed a conceptual framework of economic resilience among housing beneficiaries• Implemented qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis of about 100 household interviews• Identified recommendations and action plans in capacity-building of the beneficiaries for potential adaptation of the company for existing and future community development projects

• Gathered the pressing issues of Filipino children in situations of armed conflict and analyzed the implementation of the Philippine government on international laws and conventions for the protection of children vis-à-vis reported grave child rights violations in a child rights situationer titled “A​ ​Report​ ​on​ ​the​ ​Situation​ ​of​ ​Filipino​ ​Children for​ ​the​ ​United​ ​Nations​ ​Commission​ ​on​ ​the​ ​Rights​ ​of​ ​the​ ​Child: Children​ ​in​ ​Situations​ ​of​ ​Armed​ ​Conflict”, to be used for developing an NGO counter-report to the implementation monitoring of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child
