Recently a new plant located in Czech Republic was purchased in 2013 whilst two other were bought in Spain (2017) and in Poland (2020), which now makes the group CDS itself a special competitor inside the continental scenario.Lately, new shareholders purchased a share of the holding company's capital which made possible the implementation of very ambitious development plans.Furthermore this event inspired a strong organizational change and, with it, the addition of a CFO never tested before.The challenge consists of fine tuning a series of control instruments, together with the traditional activities of financial area, that, due to the current dimensions, can't be by now put off.

Admin department supervision (receivables, payables, general ledger, assets and treasury). Direct hierarchical report to CEO.Setting of accounting semifinished preparatory to quarterly, half-yearly and yearly balance sheet (for seven controlled company and for parent company itself) .Fiscal analysis.
