Recently a new plant located in Czech Republic was purchased in 2013 whilst two other were bought in Spain (2017) and in Poland (2020), which now makes the group CDS itself a special competitor inside the continental scenario.Lately, new shareholders purchased a share of the holding company's capital which made possible the implementation of very ambitious development plans.Furthermore this event inspired a strong organizational change and, with it, the addition of a CFO never tested before.The challenge consists of fine tuning a series of control instruments, together with the traditional activities of financial area, that, due to the current dimensions, can't be by now put off.
