Hedge Fund/Investment Partnership Related Tax ExperienceHelp manage the Firm's Hedge Fund/Investment Partnership Tax Practice (200 plus Funds).Clients include wide range of fund types including: equity funds, options funds, commodity pools, distressed debt, real estate, private equity, and fund of funds.Review and prepare federal, state, and local income tax returns for Hedge Funds.Preparation of investment managers'​ tax returns.Review and prepare federal withholding taxes (Form 1042 & 8804).Perform security analysis and calculate various fund tax adjustments.Involved in all aspects of tax planning for hedge funds and other domestic and foreign entities.
