Current- Creation of standard work, process design, establishing standard times for direct labor, line balancing and operator requirement on the shop floor.- Responsible for setting up time standards in the assembly line/ workstations based on MOST, MODAPTS & MTM UAS.- Support in setting time standards for indirect labor on the shopfloor.- Establish Value Added content and Non-value-added work content. Ability to work on NVA and reduce NVA and improve process time, improve ergonomics & eliminate waste in the assembly line/ station.- Process Manufacturing Change Orders, maintain and update all process data relevant to SOS, SOPs, Line balance scenarios. - Creation of Control Plan and PFMEAS.- Team Leader of change of ARP (Balancing-MUDA Analysis-Production Improvement)- Support of Teardown and BOM of Renault Benchmarking project.
