Research:My current field is educational serious games (video games applied to e-learning) authoring and evaluation. I have previously worked on information visualization and visual analytics, hierarchically clustered graph visualization, collaborative learning, programming assignment plagiarism detection, educational adaptive hypermedia, and authoring tools for adaptive hypermedia courses. I have a MSc and a PhD in Computer Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain.Teaching:I am currently teaching web development and algorightms and data structures to Computer Science students. I have also taught Object-Oriented Programming and Unix-based Distributed Operating System labs to advanced CS students, including assignment design and lab coordination.
