As Chief Resident, I lead a team of four residents playing a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all their practical and academic activities. My primary responsibility is to ensure an effective and stimulating learning environment for the residents, fostering their professional and personal growth.

During my three-year tenure as a Medical Physics Resident, I assumed various responsibilities which included the planning of external radiotherapy treatments using 3D, IMRT, IGRT, SGRT, and VMAT techniques, as well as HDR brachytherapy treatments using Elekta equipment. I gained extensive experience in the management and quality control of these systems, as well as in the use of registration and verification systems. As an integral part of the residency, I provided internal training and teaching, both for other residents and for other departments within the institution. Additionally, the program included training in Nuclear Medicine and Radiodiagnosis, where management and quality control were fundamental in these disciplines.Currently, I am undergoing training to obtain the "Individual Permit for Specialist in Radiotherapy Physics" granted by the ARN, broadening my experience in planning high-complexity treatments such as Intracranial Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) and Stereotactic Body Radiosurgery (SBRT).
