With more than 20 years experience, from mid size company to Listed ones , I have acquired a large vision of the business with a deep knowledge in distribution (retail and BtB). The differents position I have driven as a Finance Director, or as a Deputy Managing Director allow to work with experience and efficiency. My key asset is the finance control of operations : team organisation, financial dashboard, finance organisation to optimize closing, to built reactive action plan for better profitability, working capital improvement and cash flow generation. As deputy managing director, I have been more particularly able to manage all back office teams : Finance, Tax, Legal, is-it, sales admnistration, Human Ressource and Operations mainly in Europe, Russia, Middle East, Asia and Americas (North and South).With a solid creative ability, I like being involved in new business, particularly with marketing and sales. I am definitely business driven. What's defined my is the field approach (I am "gemba oriented!"), and more precisely, I like working in task force to express my 360e approach : strategic vision, multi-task teams management, precise communication thanks to natural leadership and humble management.
