Head of Software Development Department

Direct reporting to IT Director.My role consists of managing the main developmental tasks such as:Coordination of the various .NET technological teams,Negotiation with providers,Negotiation with internal clients and associate partners in order to understand functional requirements which would then lead to the building and creation of technical solutions necessary to fulfil those same needs.Participation in the definition of processes to improve service and quality of the IT department,Administration of Content Management and e-Learning platforms (Sharepoint and Moodle).In the context of process improvement, I lead the implementation of Scrum methodology for development into the organization to better serve the dynamic business needs. I also lead the setup for Microsoft's Team FoundationServer (TFS) as a core project management tool, Sharepoint for managing customer requests and an inhouse developed tool for bug reporting.

I'm currently responsible of several .NET projects (SilverLight, Software Factories, WCF, Team Foundation Server) and of the sharepoint platform of the company.
