Project management of capital improvement projects including: scope development, cost estimation, facility design, and oversight of contract engineering and leading safety reviews. Ensure closure/completion are deliverables through follow up with stakeholders and contributors. Maintain visibility and milestone to each stage gate within the project across divisional functions.  Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Primary responsibility of producing a complete, accurate, biddable, and buildable set of plans for all project. By using lean six sigma methodologies projects are performed with the least possible expenditures. I also was responsible for the maintenance department where I built a new PM program and restructure the organization.

Project FuturiX comprises the construction and start-up of two new hybrid waterborne urethane (WBU/WBU-A) trains in the Wilmington, MA plant replacing the existing old lines. Upgrading the current solvent borne urethane (SBU) train. During construction and commissioning production on the old trains are continued.Main scope items include: -Deliver test protocols to test the new process and to validate the design. -Deliver new and updating existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). -Update maintenance system. -Update documentation of the new process installation. -Complete a comprehensive training package to prepare the entire crew.  -Deliver DeltaV Batch recipes for product portfolio (for Fast Track B&M will supply these). -Update SAP, Financial Accounting systems for product cost and routings. -Support to PTO work process. -Support to construction and construction management by preparing JSA’s, work permits and handing over equipment ‘clean and dry’ to the construction team. -Startup and trial production  -Executed commissioning activities (execute commissioning plan)

Responsible for process improvement, implementation new automation system Delta V DCS for process control in the site and aligning global SAP sameness on recipes and routings as well in the daily operation plant in Wilmington, MA. A summary of key responsibilities include:•Continue with the establishment of the Wilmington Plant’s PM Compliance program. Conduct PHA evaluations and ensure open items are completed in a timely manner.•Participate on the Global Process Technology Team to improve the quality and global sameness of products at the Wilmington Plant as well as assist in the development and scale-up of new products.•Assist in the implementation of the Wilmington Plant’s capital plan to improve productivity and SHE opportunities. Manage projects from design concept to commissioning.•Assist in the analysis of process and quality trends using statistical techniques. Provide technical support, when needed, to the waterborne Urethane technology•Provide necessary support for updating and improving procedures and log sheets. •Complete Process Modifications, when needed, to improve plant performance.•Conduct trials and document findings to determine if concepts will be effective solutions.•Understand and comply with OHSA PSM regulations •Lead GMP systems and improvements

Responsible to ensure that production processes and practices are capable of consistently delivering high quality product while continually reducing production cycle time and reducing material loss.
