Working at NIRVAN JAVAN has afforded me the opportunity to fulfill a wide variety of roles. Currently, my main focus is on defining product requirements and generating designs. Using CAD software, I am able to translate designs from 2D to 3D. I then proceed with the Request for Quotation process and ensure smooth production and timely delivery of products. Additionally, I have recently delved into process improvement within the company, refreshing my knowledge of Lean Management to effectively navigate a complex and ever-changing environment. Before working at NIRVAN JAVAN GmbH I studied Industrial Design at ZHdK. As a full-time student with a demanding schedule, I engaged rigorously with a wide variety of topics and Methods ranging from Production Processes, Material Science and CAD proficiency. The program also allowed me to develop minimum viable products (MVPs) for various contexts.Prior to that, I pursued a degree in Banking and Finance at ZHAW School of Management and Law. This bachelor's program equipped me with a deep understanding of bookkeeping, emphasizing its pivotal role in any organization. I also gained exposure to Lean Manufacturing and Entrepreneurship, broadening my skill set.Notably, I had the opportunity to work at Cleverclip, where I served as a Project Manager. This experience was particularly intriguing as I engaged with clients and helped them effectively communicate their messages to stakeholders through explainer videos—an innovative approach at the time. This involved extensive questioning to understand their unique circumstances, enabling collaboration with writers and visual artists to develop creative and compelling storytelling while adhering to brand guidelines. Overall, this role provided me with a diverse skill set, with a strong emphasis on human-centered design (HCD), the business canvas model, and storytelling.Through these varied experiences, I have cultivated a wide-ranging expertise and a passion for bringing ideas to life. I am eager to contribute my skills in Product design, Engineering and design management organizations that value innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
