MY EXPERIENCE:Having successfully completed a technical school and growing up with mechanics at home I decided staying with vehicles and technology is what I desire. Starting my first job with Magna in 2009 and heading into metrology of vehicles in 2014 with Nextsense I have been picked out to establish our first branch in the US in 2017 being in charge of the Americas. This responsibility has been extended to taking care of Daimler and Audi as Key Accounts as well as being the team leader for our automotive sales team.MY PHILOSOPHY:I am true believer that every individual requires a distinct guidance and leadership to fulfill their business but also personal goals. Any company is just as good as their own employees why it is essential that supervisors help their team and individuals to reach their targets. This involves communication as much as a having their back in case of unpredictable events. Be strong, lead the way and be authentic in what you communicate and do.
