Since 2018 head of department housing from line perspective a team of more than 30 great people from the areas of Projects/Program Management, Product Ownership, Scrum Mastery, Business Analysis and UI/UX Design. Introducing new positions like UI/UX Design Lead, Product Owner and Scrum Master in the past approx 4 years gave me also the chance to select and onboard new employees for those roles and shape our recruitment process.All customer projects are steered through this department. Managing the successful implementation of the UNiQUARE Branch solution bankwide at DNB bankas Lithuania in one of the biggest banking transformation projects in Europe. Now responsible for managing and further developing the existing solutions in Latvia and Lithuania plus Euro implementation project in Lithuania from UNiQUARE side.Main responsible for relationships on operational and tactical level in the Baltics.
