CurrentSupport Arista Datacenter customersTroubleshoot VXLAN and other L2/L3 network architecturesSME for TapAgg solutionsMain Duties:Respond to customer product inquiriesResolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, product applications or compatibility matters.Troubleshoot problems with hardware equipment and software applications and recommends corrective action.Recreate and record complex customer-found issues in network labs.Submit complete and correct bug reports after validating issues through recreation and testing.Act as the senior escalation point for customer found issues at Arista, working with Sales and Systems Engineering teams to resolve issues and coordinate customer communication.Provide assistance, consultation and mentoring to other team members.Provide technology/product training to both customer and internal personnel.Act as a technical expert and provides support on a worldwide basis to Arista documentation and marketing efforts.
