I am interested in change as a natural, evolutionary, and transformative force. I am a researcher of how it happens, what barriers we put in place to avoid it, what triggers it, and how we can face it in a more intentional, authentic, and healthy way.This question drives my life in the following aspects:As an Innovation Consultant:I believe that public organizations and large industries urgently need radical transformation to coexist in a context of polycrisis and planetary vulnerability. As an innovation and change consultant with over 12 years of experience, I have participated in transformative efforts with a systemic vision of these sectors. In the public sector, I have worked on developing innovative strategies for co-creating policies that promote well-being and healthy relationships between the state and local realities. In the private sector, I have developed new services, products, and systems to align their value with the current context. For this, I apply a wide range of tools and methodologies from strategic design, design research, service design, product design, business design, strategic foresight, and transition design.As a Psychotherapist:I deeply believe in inner growth as the first revolution towards the collective and continue to build bridges between psycho-spirituality, ecology, systemic change, and the design of plural futures. I have a particular interest in the study and exploration of human consciousness, which has led me to become a certified Gestalt therapist, a meditator for over 10 years, and an explorer of indigenous techniques for psycho-spiritual and eco-psychological development. I have personally accompanied hundreds of seekers committed to their own development and that of their environment.As a Community Creator:I have a special interest in collective intelligence and the creation of ecosystems for social and ecological transformation. I have founded four networks, ranging from citizen movements such as the Peace Camp in Colombia, which brought thousands of people together in public squares across the country, to digital and global learning communities such as On Fire Designer.
