 I implemented SOX (public company traded in NYSE - DOOR). I determined standard costs and analyzed the variations real vs Budget. I managed the cash flow generated by the company. Implemented corporate policies and procedures in México. I realized collection activities reducing AR days from 196 to 95. I managed to eliminate the comments in the letter to management by the external auditors. Prepared financial statements under USGAAP & Mexican GAAP. I managed to dictate changes in handling of wastes, saving 350K - achieved certification as Green Belt. Led the departments of accounting, AR, AP & HR, a team of 9 people with 4 direct reports.
