I lead the Opportunity Education Foundation's efforts to enable better, more engaging and relevant learning experiences for teenagers in the US and in the countries where we work. Young people globally will face huge challenges in the coming decades, as well as tremendous opportunities for success. Our job is to help them to gain the academic, social and emotional skills to reach their goals.

We are a management consulting firm focused on business strategy, change management and app development. I co-founded PicPocket Books and designed and built a proprietary iOS app platform to publish interactive picture books as stand-alone mobile apps. PicPocket Books has published over 140 titles, and has been featured in Wired Magazine, Inc. Magazine, Huffington Post and the Washington Post.

I worked with the company's founders as a strategic advisor, and built and led Vartopia's product development team (on-shore and off-shore). We transformed a beta application into a market-ready product and integrated with a global IT vendor's Salesforce.com deployment.
