• Developed operating improvements with associated margin >4,2 MM USD/yr in the Reforming, Isomerization, Gas separation and Hydrotreating Units (Gasoline, kerosene, ULSD).• Developed investment proposals for 2 advanced process control + analyzer systems (>2 MM USD, payback < 1 year)• Coordinated the catalyst selection process for the hydrotreating units, introducing new generations of catalysts that allowed margin increases > 3 MM USD/yr in the diesel HTU, through increased processing of low value streams.

• Coordinated the alarm rationalization process, defining ~1800 changes in the DCS configuration together with the relevant technical areas (technology, equipment integrity, process control, etc.). Developed work procedures to implement multiple DCS changes through contractors in line with Management of Change protocols.
