I also made sure our app met the needs of our users by collaborating closely with our CTO, turning their feedback into practical updates. Additionally, I helped different teams communicate better, ensuring everyone was on the same page and moving forward together. We followed agile practices, which allowed us to adapt quickly and continuously improve our processes and products.
