Responsible of the strategy definition and operations execution at The Collider, the tech-transfer entrepreneurship program of Mobile World Capital.-Coordination of +10-people team (operations, marketing, legal, finance, scouting, investment, biz-dev, ...).-Definition of short, mid and long-term strategy plan with Direction.-Definition of the Tech-based Venture Builder & Incubation Program (staff & providers coordinator, tech scouting, talent acquisition, legal, syllabus and training program, investment, serial-entrepreneurs guests, mentors...)-Involvement in business development actions promoting The Collider Program in front of C-levels of IBEX35 and other international and local corporate.-Relationship management with education a research government authorities, universities and research institutions including Technology Transfer Offices (TTOs) and research groups.-Supervision and definition of Program KPIs with Operation Manager.-Supervision of Program P&L (1M€/year aprox.)-Tenders and Procurement: providers management-Coordination of Advisory Boards and Experts Committee with relevant representatives of Industry, Research and Government.-Searching of sustainability models for the Program: corporate partnerships-Screening and Selection of technology projects and founder candidates

We founded SmartGovs as a response to the request of European Officers during the FP7 OpenCities project. They asked us to exploit the know-how acquired in the Universitat Pompeu Fabra to provide Open Innovation services to medium and small size towns. These services include Open Government and SmartCities solutions that improve the level of information and the quality of life of the citizens.As a founder I have been involved in the definition and execution of the business plan, in the design and implementation of the offered services and in charge of the sales campaign visiting our customers. In addition I have participated in the proposals of many funding programmes and European projects.
