Responsible for the operations of MAO (Mostaganem-Arzew-Orán) water transfer in Algeria for the company Seor (Société de l’Eau et l’Assainissement d'Oran) working as expat.- Controlling and monitoring the operations of all services lines: Pipeline, Pumping Station, and Treatment Plant.- Implement the annual management plan, monitoring investments, expenses and the requirements of people and resources. - Identifying, introducing and budgeting the operational improvement of every single area from the water transfer.- Studying and planning outsourcing needs from the area.- Lead and manage the water transfer team.Achievements: Increase in customer service rate of 5%. Reduction in OPEX of 6% throw negotiation with suppliers.

Responsible for the water distribution system and urban drainage infrastructures in Maresme north area. - Ensure efficacy and efficiency of the water distribution infrastructure guaranteeing optimum supply to customers in this area.- Define and implement programmes for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. - Modeling and design of drainage and water networks applying the mathematical models Mike Urban, Mouse, Infoworks, Epanet and Piccolo. - Drawing up construction projects for drainage and water networks and pumping stations- Elaboration of drainage and water systems master plans and budgets with TCQ and Arquímedes.Elaboration of drainage and water networks mapping.

Preparation of tenders for new water supply and sewerage management contracts (particularly with clients of public administration: municipal governments, Catalan Water Agency - ACA, among others).- Develop financial models to analyze the viability of the new public concessions and infrastructure financing. - Support the local offices in order to obtain new business contracts. - Coordinate the different departments and areas involved in the elaboration of an offer
