Leading the Roche Diabetes Care Global Digital Product Management team (19 people across 6 countries) with the mission to drive the adoption of our Digital Solutions to enable our integrated and personalized diabetes management (iPDM) ambition. Defining and executing our Digital strategy in collaboration with the Digital Franchise team. Leading the Digital International Business Team (IBT) to drive the Digital Business and take corrective action when needed. Expanding our platform, Roche Diabetes Care Platform (RDCP), to more than 30 countries from the initial 3 in 2019 and mySugr to more than 80 countries and more than 5 Million registered patients. Single point of contact to the markets for all in-market Digital Solutions. The key accountabilities of the team are:- Participate in the different Digital Product Teams as PMs and Epic Owners to evolve our Digital Solutions in alignment with the Franchise strategy, bringing market needs to improve the user experience (UX) and satisfaction to drive adoption and retention and enable business opportunities- Support countries on the commercialization of new digitally enabled offerings including training, launch, onboarding and hyper-care activities to ensure we deliver on our business commitments- Establish the global customer success function to improve user adoption and retention as well as define and deliver customer services (onboarding, support, migrations, integrations and reporting services)- Consolidate our legacy portfolio to RDCP and mySugr as the primary professional and personal solutions- Definition of the EMR integration strategy and implementation with selected customers- Expand our open ecosystem supporting partner integrations
