- Responsible for recruiting, managing and training a team of 6 salespeople to deploy a distribution strategy across 400 direct customers.
- Developed 3 sales strategies and negotiated new and renewal deals for the largest accounts, with senior executive level counterparts at the clients.
- Attended visits to 30 top clients once every two months, by booking trips across 5 regions in the market.
- Drove 35% growth for the CPG segment in 36 months by testing products with R&D, quality, marketing and procurement leaders trough 5 End Users (Customers).
