I am chief of production in Lanzallamas in charge of the Digital Ad Production Team.We focus on digital solutions from social to video and from high impact banners torich media HTML5 ads of AAA brands for the North American market.I lead a team of more than 10 people and we manage more than 90 projects a monthfrom our main client (Undertone). Part of my role consist in client services such asgetting involved in weekly calls for project status update with clients in New York,budget followups and overall coordination and management of the account.We design, layout, develop and code everything in-house. As such, I’m in charge ofevery single aspect of the project from dealing with client request up to the finaldelivery.I managed more than 1.000 projects in the past year.I was responsible of building and structuring a team to meet client workloads.Client recognized us as “Nº1 in Production Quality” for several months in a row.
