I have worked as a Arctic guide where besides guiding the activities in nature I was managing the departures, arrivals and transfers of our guests in the capital of the Finnish Lapland, Rovaniemi. Most of the tours were hikes in the wilderness, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, huntig Northern lights, ice fishing and snow mobile tours.

I have worked as a mountain guide where besides guiding the activities in nature I helped to organise them. Most of the tours were hikes around the Catalan Pyrenees, French Alps and the Arganoses Pyrenees.

My duties on board was to be the representative of the Company and the Captain for all the Spanish speaking guests providing personalized customer service, language assistance and translations to Guests, enhancing understanding and enjoyment of their Cruise experience.Also, I was supporting the various revenue services through a constant communication and promotion to maximize revenue and Guest satisfaction and providing constant feedback about the most frequent requests of the Spanish guests or remarks received to evaluate the cruise atmosphere.Working as a reference on board my main duties during the drills and emergency scenarios were working together with the Captain and talking on behalf of him making announcements for all the Spanish speaking guests and crew.On board, during the emergencies and drills I was part of the Command and Control Team which it means that I was going to the bridge each time and did announcements on behalf of the Captain to inform all the Spanish speaking guests and crew about the situation. I felt capable and confident with the tasks assigned to me.All the time I was onboard I have learned how to work with a very strict safety procedures. It implicates more pressure during the day to day duties and as a consequence I needed to be more focused during the whole contract.

Gestionaba y supervisaba las clases de surf impartidas en el Surf Camp de Enter the Wave en la Playa de Vidago, Asturias.

During this position my main duties were taking care of the new guests of the company, arranging virtual dates via Zoom to explain them the new product that they got and how it works. Also, we helped them to realize their first scan with the Impress app. Most of the guests had a very good feedback and aprreciated a lot our job and effort.
