High-level advice to private-sector clients and governments on international trade law issues, particularly in the context of dispute settlement proceedings, Brexit, and regional trade negotiations. On a regular day, you could equally find me drafting legal documents to be submitted to a WTO panel or the Appellate Body, drafting legal opinions for clients regarding the legality of a policy under international trade rules, or drafting text proposals to be discussed in WTO or Brexit negotiations.
