As part of the Bridgestone EMEA Consumer Business Unit, the main goals of my role are:-To Lead Globally OE Tyre development programs for Volkswagen Group Accounts (Seat, Skoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley and Porsche)-To coordinate globally the Business by acting as hub of Europe, Africa, America and Asia-Pacific and the Headquarter of the German OEM Group from Technical perspective.- To lead a team of Senior Project Managers responsible of more than 50% of the OE programs in our Business Unit (more than 50% of our Development Capacity in Europe), working virtually with several teams up to 15 people in several countries. -To detect and follow up future performance and technology trends in the market by defining innovative approach plans for gaining business according to company vision-To be responsible of the Strategic Programs in our partnership with Volkswagen Corporation. As part of the BSEU Consumer Business Unit, the purpose of my role is to maintain relations with relevant OEMs (premium AUDI & INFINITI; general NISSAN & SEAT) on any engineering matter. Work directly with OE customers to lead engineering projects till approvals necessary to consummate sales agreements and achieve contractual sourcing levels. The scope concerns activities inside and outside of Europe. The business orientation of the mission is a key aspect of my role within our business unit. Core of management responsibilities is to develop and maintain close relationship with the customer’s engineering, design, testing and other pertinent departments. Obtain on time clear and precise technical requirements from the OEM, keeping our technical Centers (Europe/Japan) and other involved departments informed of all the details of the projects and their evolution. Support and act as window for all quality issues and industrialization activities. Constantly informing Top Management about progress of the programs and foreseeable evolution. Detect new business opportunities following generic trends at OEMs and in the market, supporting medium&long term plans elaboration.

Engineering Responsible of AUDI, SEAT and NISSAN EUROPE International Accounts. My main function is to maintain and develop a close relationship with Engineering & Product Development Departments and Testing Groups of our Customers (Manufacturers), interacting with our Development, Manufacturing, Commercial and Quality Departments within Bridgestone Corporation (EU & Japan) throughout the whole tire development projects. Reporting directly to European Management about projects development evolution, market trends and acting as Key Contact to all OEMs located in Spain and Portugal on issues related to industrialization, quality and mass production supervision.
