Main activities and responsibilities:- Installation and commissioning of weather stations in South America and Central America.- Responsible for the design of proprietary weather station and solar resource measurement equipment and sensors.- Quality assessment for high resolution ground solar measurement (global, direct and diffuse component and other weather data).- Software development for correction and validation of meteorological variables using MySQL and Python.- Side by side calibration of field pyrheliometer by comparison to a reference pyrheliometer by the International Standard ISO 9059.- Side by side calibration of field pyranometer by comparison to a reference pyranometer by the International Standard ISO 9847.- Design and implementation of an own instrument for measuring direct, diffuse and global radiation.- Constant dealing with customers (technical advice and customer service).- Project monitoring.- Production study, optimization of PV plants using PVsyst.- PV modeler.- Development of algorithms for photovoltaic power generation plants using Python.
