As a Shareholder, R&D Vice-President, and Managing Partner, I played a pivotal role in scaling the company from an initial setup of 10 employees and €18K capital to a robust organization with 1,500 employees and a valuation of €350 million. In my capacity as R&D Vice-President, I organized and developed an R&D department from its inception with just two developers, including myself, to a strong team of 500 developers and technologists. Together, we built scalable human resources software platforms and products that have been successfully implemented in over 30 countries, providing excellent and flexible services to a diverse range of clients.
