In this role I coached a multi-disciplinary team to deliver an improved user experience for DHS customers in the digital space. Working within the largest public sector transformation program in Australia, in a complex Scaled Agile environment, I performed the role of servant leader and enjoyed navigating through challenging projects.My work included facilitating agile meetings, planning sessions and improvement workshops, as well as engaging in user experience conversations with our customers and staff to ensure the team was adding the most value.
