After introducing a management strategy, I executed a 180-degree performance turnaround at global manufacturing sites—unachievable by 6 of my predecessors, and championed operational excellence to boost plant efficiency from 67% to 85%; trim manufacturing scrap from 12% to 3% in 6 months; improve output speed 50% with zero labor increase; and enhance product quality while simultaneously realizing a 35% drop in utility requirements during production.I held the esteemed position of President, overseeing the operations of five strategically located facilities across the globe. My exceptional track record of transforming the New Jersey facility into a highly profitable venture led the Nitta Board of Directors to entrust me with the leadership of not only the New Jersey location but also the distinguished responsibility of overseeing facilities in Canada, two in China, and one in Japan. Based on my previous results at Corning, I was recruited by my former boss—now the division president and VP at Tetra Pak—to course-correct a derailed 20M Euro project with a 5-year history of R&D failures.Known for getting things done when I say they will, I completed the proof of concept (PoC) in 6 months for an invisible glass coating that could be layered on the inside of plastic bottles and developed a process to test each bottle, ensuring 100% quality during production.
