XPoint is a comprehensive geolocation solution provider to regulated internet gaming operators.

Games24x7 is the largest real-money gaming company in India. A large part of its success is due to its incredibly advance customer retention efforts. I was recruited to help start an enterprise division to develop and commercialize a powerful new player engagement platform for the mobile gaming industry. I designed a no-code based solution, Snapyr.com, to support the advanced use cases required by mobile game marketers, built a world-class team in the US, and started commercialization of the venture by acquiring paying clients.

Games24x7 is disrupting the online rummy market in India. I advised the firm on business strategy, product design, marketing strategy and facilitating recruiting of key roles.

I was responsible for generating new lines of revenue via the company's 20,000+ iPads at its airport restaurants. I built a data-science team that grew average check sizes via a recommendation engine. I also built an ad-sales team that sold advertising and sponsorship to brands such as Coca-Coca, Chase, Fanduel, NY Lottery. I helped the company update legislation in Pennsylvania and New Jersey to permit various forms of real-money gaming via its iPads at airports in those states.

I joined RockYou as part of the acquisition of his prior company, Ryzing, becoming one of the largest shareholders in the company. I helped the company grow its rewards-based gaming division via organic efforts and acquisitions. I eventually sold my holdings in RockYou to an investment fund.

Led initial product and technology design. Thrive Commerce is a growing startup focussed on bringing high-intent value-oriented shoppers to e-commerce sites.

Worked for multiple gaming clients on product design and GTM. Main client was Wynn Resorts. I was a key person in helping to establish to a market entry strategy for online gaming in New Jersey. Formed partnerships with Caesars and 888.com. Helped to secure online gaming license and designing an online gaming experience worthy of the Wynn brand.

Ryzing is a pioneer of sweepstakes-based social games where players play with their friends and family to compete for real cash & prizes, all while helping to raise significant dollars for great charitable causes. Ryzing was sold to RockYou Inc in 2012.

Manu ran Cantor Gaming's online gaming business following the acquisition of his company, Kismet. Cantor Gaming is an affiliate of the global financial services firm - Cantor Fitzgerald. Manu oversaw a total team of 200+ people developing online gambling products for Venetian Casino in Las Vegas, and under Cantor's own brand, Cantor Casino, in the UK. Manu led the effort to move the company's gaming license from Alderney to Malta.

Kismet was a pioneer in the online casino business, providing technology and gaming solutions to top ranked casino operators as well as operating its own online properties. Our flagship online casino was HarrodsCasino.com in partnership with the famous retailer in Knightsbridge, London. We focused on a VIP player base. Kismet was purchased by Cantor Gaming (a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald) in 2007.

Intermedia started with the vision of creating an online commercial multi-player dungeon's and dragons style game. Realizing it was too early, the company pivoted into multimedia edutainment products and developed acclaimed products such as Lovejoy's College Counselor, Kaplan's Career Guide, Forbes Corporate Warrior, TV Guide Multimedia Crosswords and many more. In 1995 the company developed one of the world's first online casinos. Intermedia was sold in 1998 to an Australian internet startup. Manu later re-purchased the business and re-sold it to an Indian conglomerate.
