To highlight someone of my activities, I - 1. Speak to users and translate research insights into beautiful and engaging user interfaces which satisfy user needs, business requirements and technical constraints. 2. Created a design system that could be used by engineering + content team to create a patterns toolkit. (Style guide)3. Produced sketches, storyboards, prototypes to collect feedback and iteratively improve and support the design process. (Invision)4. Collaborate with the product, and engineering team to ensure a smooth, data-driven product development process. 5. Create high-fidelity mockups and worked with engineers and product managers to oversee UI Design implementations. (Zeplin)6. Identified opportunities for innovation and applied them to design. 7. Write user stories and define acceptance criteria in collaboration with the product team. The design process starts with brainstorming directly with product owners to discuss business goals, product focus, and scope, user and their goals, data, feature research and highlighting risks before we kick off any projects.

Tajawal is a leading global online travel company that uses innovative technology to enable leisure and business travelers to search for, plan and book a broad range of travel products and services including airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and vacation packages. I was responsible for leading tajawal's first web, and mobile app experience. From prototyping to proof of concept I had the pleasure of working with some of the talented folks in the industry and building a product from the ground up. Another key project I worked on was a back office tool (order management system)- primarily a dashboard to record all incoming booking orders and finance details. It also serves as a hub for customer care team to assist our everyday clients.
