Cluster Revenue Manager
Current- Maintaining a portfolio of over 20 properties with 500+ rooms and acting as a primary contact for the purposes of providing Revenue Management services
- Establishing a good relationship with key stakeholders at the properties and create awareness about Revenue management
- Train franchisees on Revenue management systems and other Choice internal reporting systems
- Generate a Rate strategy for the properties in the portfolio for next 12 months and assess on a rolling 90-day basis for potential changes based on reporting data at hand (forecasting, booking pace, Room/Rate.
- Hosting regular strategy calls with Stakeholders and provide them guidance on pricing and distribution
- Complete Annual performance review for all the properties in the portfolio
