I am the responsible for the general management of Seaport Cooperation Project (SEACOP) (European Instrument contributing to Stability and Peace, EuropeAid , European Commission). Delegated Cooperation. The overall objective of this project is to support the fight against maritime illicit trafficking and associated criminal networks in Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Management of COMET-LA Project: Community-Based Management of environmental Challenges in Latin America: Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. Organization and participation of forums and events. Creation of public and private partnerships with members of other Committees to implement European projects: EuropeAid, Life, SUDOE. Strategy of European Fundraising. Making a diagnosis and plan of action on governance, human rights, ethnic diversity and gender. Development of surveys and consultations to prepare new motions to IUCN. Member of Commission on Environmental, Economic and Social Policy and Theme on on Environment, Conflict and Security. Supervision of volunteers and interns.

Monitoring and justification of two European projects: Daphne (Children and Women Rough Sleepers) and Grundtvig (youth training and employment). Coordination of meetings of the Partnership. Coordination of national awareness workshops. Formulation and budget of EuropeAid project: Improving Employability of Social Integration and Disadvantaged Persons (Turkey). Developing a fundraising plan, CSR and European subsidies under Horizon 2020.

Writing and budget of projects. Meetings with local stakeholders and partners in Palestine for the creation of a Partnership. Gender mainstreaming in development and humanitarian action projects.

Coordination of gender projects. Advocacy campaigns by investigations in humanitarian action. Databases and document repository. Creating and dynamic network of experts. Responsible for internal and external training.

Support for overall coordination with the realization of the strategy office. Management of development projects on Justice and Human Rights, Gender and Rural Development. Coordination of Framework Partnership Spain-Honduras, with the Government and Aid Agencies. Responsible for internal training.

Evaluation and monitoring of Governance, Environment and Gender Projects in Africa and Middle East. Interdepartmental coordination of cross sections of Human Rights, Gender, Cultural Diversity, Environment and Governance. Responsible for internal training.

Project Management. Analysis of the situation of Human Rights of Indigenous People and Afro-descendent Communities in Colombia, especially among women and children in situation of displacement. Organizing meetings with multilateral agencies and network. Responsible for institutional protocol, security and environmental risk.

Coordination of WFTO Europe Strategic Framework y Advocacy & Fundraising Plan. Coordinator of Rural Development and Gender Projects with European Commission. Support programs for rural women in gender equality, ethnic diversity, leadership and political participation especially in Asia. Field work: Identification, monitoring and evaluation of projects with Human Rights-Based Approach and Gender Mainstreaming in India and Cambodia.

Coordinator of Volunteer Plan 2009-2015, Volunteer Reception Plan and Volunteer Operative Plan 2009-2010 of the University of Córdoba. Organization and interagency coordination between different actors of volunteering.

Projects with groups at risk of exclusion. Fundraising activities, social marketing and advocacy. Cultural activities, volunteering and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.

Support for the organization of the Master in Development Cooperation. Rural Development and Gender Projects in Guatemala and Vietnam. Organization of academic and educational activities for Development, especially Human Rights and Gender. Advocacy and awareness raising on displaced people and refugees people. Research in Official Development Assistance (ODA), especially Right to Education and Right to Food.
