I have skills in cost estimation, telecommunications, and Linux, and I have obtained a certification in cyber security from Huawei, which enables me to ensure the security and quality of our solutions. I started my career as an optical fiber engineer on contract at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, where I was involved in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of BSNL BTS systems, monitoring 2G and 3G BTS systems, verifying customer details through SAP CRM, and managing and troubleshooting all escalated requests from field engineers. This experience has given me a solid foundation and understanding of the telecom industry and its challenges and opportunities.
