Key responsibilities include: • Managing supply chain activities for Hisense-Air Conditioner and Gorenje brands, ensuring seamless coordination from factories in China and Slovenia.• Preparing and analysing OTD weekly reports based on production schedules, & ensuring timely shipment.• Coordinating with HQ on lead times and updating customers while managing production plans using Integrated Business Planning (IBP).• Arranging the shipments from China and Slovenia to the MENA and LEVANT region. Additionally, handling the DDU shipment for the UAE market and delivering promptly to the customer.• Processing invoices, managing Letters of Credit (LC), and finalizing billing in SAP.• Negotiating shipping rates, arranging inspections of goods, and ensuring compliance with logistics procedures.• Coordinating with 3PL warehouse for local deliveries, inventory management, and conducting monthly audits. • Providing logistics support to Hisense Brand stores, including stock management, delivery coordination, and invoicing.

It has headquarters in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, and it conducts all manufacturing in the UAEI manage export shipments from Dubai to the MENA and Asia regions, working closely with various teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Below were the key tasks I handled.• Working closely with the sales team to prepare orders for export, ensuring that all details are in line with requirements.• Collaborating with the warehouse team to efficiently prepare and dispatch shipments.• Making special shipping arrangements when needed to address unique project requirements and ensure smooth deliveries.• Arranging and conducting pre-shipment inspections such as COC (Certificate of Conformity) and TIR (Technical Inspection Report ) to meet regulatory standards.• Negotiating freight charges with forwarders and shipping liners to secure the most competitive rates.• Handling all shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with the terms of the Letter of Credit.• Arranging shipping documents and obtaining certification of origin from the Dubai Chamber of Commerce.• Responding to customer inquiries and directing them to the appropriate channels as necessary.• Monitoring shipments to rectify any errors promptly, ensuring an uninterrupted supply chain.• Forecasting and ensuring the timely delivery of all required project materials to meet customer demand and timelines.
