I am an experienced Web Project Manager with excellent technical skills in all aspects of complex Information Systems.Over the last 15 years, I have been successfully implementing and maintaining complex Information Systems. I have occupied the following roles: web developer, web designer, information architect, manager of related staff. My experience covers the entire development lifecycle of Information Systems.My professional experience within NATO has provided me a thorough knowledge of the working practices and processes in large international and multilingual organisations, particularly in the field of Information and Knowledge Management. I have accumulated broad and sound technical knowledge and experience in distributed Information Systems as they are applied to the modern management information and Command and Control Information Systems. In May 2015 I have been hired by the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles to develop the web communication strategy of the organisation and coordinate its implementation.I am able to fluently express myself and to work in 5 European languages.
