RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for interacting with managers and understanding complex requirements.  Requirement Analysis & Ad postings on various Job Portals, User Groups etc. Regular interaction with the teams for catering to their manpower requirements with optimal utilization of the available channels for profile sourcing. Distributing the requirement between the team members according to their expertise.  Short listing candidates according to their skill sets. Administering co-ordination with the technical team for technical evaluation. Internal recruitment for the requirements from the concern departments. Salary negotiations up front which require past salary history and current salary objectives from the candidate that is feasible and obtainable within the salary bracket. Maintain weekly status lists of all activities, i.e., candidates interviewed, screened, and hired.SKILLS: Have a sound knowledge of various recruiting practices, terms, responsibilities, intricacies and ability to mould or adapt to the situations demand.  Used innovative ways to source candidates that include internet searches, database, searching, active referral generation, advertising, headhunting and sourcing from out of the box methods. Selecting the right candidates and fixing and negotiating their compensation.

RESPONSIBILITIES Skilled in direct sourcing, cold calling, networking, advanced Internet recruiting and vendor management. Experienced in using applicant tracking systems, search and job boards. Exceptional Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task well with parallel activities and several requests. Responsible for preliminary phone interviewing and negotiating of compensation packages. Screening candidates based on job description, candidate’s relevant knowledge and experience for required skill sets, functional skills and communication skills. Salary negotiation of the candidates before submitting to the Account Manager / Client. Reference checking for candidate to ensure their authenticity and relevance. Regular follow up with the candidates from first contact till the offer letter to the candidate. Follow up via call and e-mail with the Account Managers for the feedback, handholding candidates until they join the projects. Managing the existing database & aiming to make addition in that.
