Operating at a global level within the NTT/Dimension Data Global Services Delivery and Operations team, my primary responsibility is to develop and implement the strategy on the design of Dimension Data services, processes and other aspects of the service delivery and delivery efforts. I was also driving the service delivery assurance management, service catalog management, service design engineering, service platform design and client experience function.

• Play a leadership role in managing transformation projects, establish the project charter, scope and plans , including pilot of new technology enabled services• Be the Regional SPOC to manage the execution of the transformations through collaboration (if required) with business stakeholders from Group and Countries (where applicable), Clients, delivery stakeholders from CDO, GSC, and others. • Develop business case, where required, to justify the transformation• Build and refine the future / to-be Service Delivery Model, RACI, and ensure process interlocks are in place (where applicable)• Conduct due diligence & establish detailed plans for recruitment, knowledge transfer, commercials and asset transfers, integration, automation etc.• Establish necessary quality gates in the execution plan• Regional SPOC as Product Manager and Service lead for the deployment, release and updates of Managed Services product portfolio to the APAC region • Roll out regional enablement plans, e.g. sales and delivery training plan Implement Process Improvement plans based on Six Sigma for the regional product rollout process

Serve as a member of the Core Technology Group Team, Managed Services and technology lead in voice and video technologies for PAN India. Assume the technical, service and business solutions ownership of a virtual team made up of consultants, engineers and professionals, providing the team leadership across multiple clients. Lead the provision of multi-technology consulting services to clients in order to analyze and provide strategies and solutions regarding all aspects of infrastructure and related technology components.

Managed and drove the assessment, design, configuration, and escalated problem management within customer environments of medium to high complexity.

Provided extensive network consulting for various projects across LAN and WAN infrastructures.• Managed design validation processes for various infrastructures to key Middle East client.• Led HLD/LLD preparation and validation for key projects, as well as technical implementation support to field teams.• Deputed in UAE and Saudi Arabia for supervising a datacenter implementation for the largest service provider in the Middle East.• Identified and escalated business and technical challenges, while maintaining client site.

Led the full design and implementation of infrastructure systems, firewall security and local/wide area networks for customers via the analysis of client business needs on behalf of a Cisco Silver partner on contract basis.• Supported network infrastructure according to the SLA requirements from the business.• Worked as a training consultant for imparting Cisco Certification trainings at the associate, professional, and expert levels.
